Our Cancellation Policy….

At Shaolin Tigers HQ Wokingham, we aim to make our cancellation process clear and fair for all members. Please read this policy carefully.

1. Notice Period

  • One full calendar month’s written notice is required prior to cancellation.

  • Example: If you submit notice on 10th March, your membership will end on 30th April.

2. How to Cancel

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email to stmawokingham@gmail.com from the same email address linked to your membership.

  • Cancellations via phone, social media, text, or in person cannot be accepted.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation

  • A cancellation is only valid once you receive written confirmation from us by email.

  • If you do not receive confirmation within 5 working days, please follow up to ensure your request was received.

4. Membership Fees

  • Payments due within the notice period will still be collected in full.

  • Fees already paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

  • Please continue your Direct Debit until you have received written confirmation of cancellation from us. Cancelling your mandate directly with your bank may result in missed payments and an outstanding balance.

5. Direct Debit Guarantee

  • All payments are protected under the Direct Debit Guarantee. If a payment is collected in error, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank.
