Shaolin Tigers Martial Arts Club is a fun, friendly and safe environment to train various martial arts from Kickboxing, Muay Thai and White Collar Boxing.
DUE TO THE ONGOING COVID-19 PANDEMIC, WE DECIDED TO ADD SOME VIDEOS WITH BASIC HOME WORKOUT/TRAINING ROUTINES SO YOU CAN CONTINUE TO STAY ACTIVE, UNTIL WE RETURN TO SOME LEVEL OF NORMAlLITY. AS ALWAYS, STAY SAFE BUT STAY HEALTHY AND FIT BOTH MENTALLY AND PHYICALLY.

SHAOLIN TIGERS BASIC TRAINING ROUTINES TO BE PREFORMED AT HOME. THESE EXERCisES ARE TAKEN FROM THE BEGINNER GRADES. We recommend doing a warm-up & stretch, 10-15 reps of each combo (on each stance) and a cool down & stretch as a minimum 3x per week. If you are fitter and have the time to do more, please do!

Neck
Strengthening
Simple neck strengthening exercise and technique. Can help absorb shots to the head better and can help prevent potential knockouts. IF you have a free weight or a kettle bell at home, then this can be a useful method of improving neck strength.
